Ingredients: One tin of corned beef, one pound of brown rice, one small onion, and one small tomato, vegetable oil.

4a. Preparation:

1. Wash and then boil the rice in a large pot of water for fifteen minutes until soft and the water is gone.
2. Open the tin of corned beef and mash it with a fork so that it crumbles.
3. Cut up the onion and tomato into small pieces.
4. Mix the mashed corned beef with the onion and tomato. Then fry the mixture in vegetable oil.
5. Serve the rice and corned beef in a plastic container or plate.

5. Avocado and Toast.

Ingredients: One large avocado and eight slices of whole-wheat bread.

5a. Preparation:

1. Slice the avocado into four portions and remove the seed.
2. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl.
